Apply Hydrating Facial Cleanser to a damp face. Massage into face and neck in a circular motion. Remove cleanser with a damp face cloth. After cleansing face and neck, While face is still slightly damp, apply the toner with a cotton or reusable pad to face and neck. Follow up with a moisturizer of your choosing.
